Our company has two production lines manned by 170 to 200 workers, as well as 10 QC auditors and 25 R&D staff. We use two SMT and seven bonding machines. Thus, we are able to turn out 800,000 pieces monthly.
Meeting ISO, CE, FDA and Other Standards
Our QA team strictly conducts inspections during production. Every unit is tested two times for accuracy before packing, and a random inspection is done after packing. Due to their meticulousness, our products passed two times of FDA on-site audit without any main defect, as well as obtained FDA, CE, ISO 13485, RoHS, REACH and CFS certificates.
